Write, Speak, & Weave the Medicine Stories and Sacred Texts of Your Lineage

A 3-Month Council for Wild Women Storytellers in Service to the Great Mother

Join us as we Weave Sacred Texts & Stories for the fulfillment of our Souls and the enrichment of Generations.

Dear Poet, Visionary, Cultural Midwife: Saga recognizes your courageous walk on the Seer-Artist path of the Great Mother.

Her Big-Tree Temple is a place for you to be nourished in creative support, belonging, and tender practice. In this Circle of Feminine Poetic Power, we attune to the wisdom within our bodies and lineages - alchemizing, channeling, and visioning - and birth stories of wholeness into our bloodlines and into the world.

“Overflowing with gratitude for Saga - the container that holds me, awakens me, calls my wild woman forth, and sets my heart aflame weekly. Candles lit, babies at our breasts, hearts wide open, kneeling at the altar of womanhood, we write and through this ceremony we birth culture.

Together, we are Elder Storytellers in the making.

Who is Motherlines for?

  • Women who want to practice their sacred word weaving through written and oral storytelling, supported by the wisdom of our Lineages and The Great Mother

  • Artists who long for shared resonance amongst culturally divergent thinkers and creators; a space to release the burden of translation and be well received

  • Women who desire to learn ancient practices and techniques to alchemize energy and crystallize the wisdom within

  • Mother Poets who want a circle that can hold them and their Artistry as they hold their babes; honoring the wisdom of Birth, Life, and Tending

  • Lineage Healers with a story to resurrect, a song to sing, a medicine to pour

  • Clairvoyant Channels with a message or vision to refine

  • Wisdom Keepers seeking paths to embody and offer their medicine to our world

  • Creators with a collection or a book on the horizon, seeking a framework to strengthen your methods and enhance your focus

  • Cultural Midwives looking to connect with other women in shared artistry, heartspace, wombspace, and a collective vision of a more Beautiful World

The fullness and wildness of your poetic process is welcome here.

Saga guides you to strengthen your roots and share your fruits as Storyteller by transforming fear of being seen or heard as Oracular Poet into a gentle confidence of belonging as Word-Medicine Woman.

Your Guides

  • Poet. Channel. Mother. Founder & Keeper of Saga.

I have been cultivating wholeness in Communications for eight years as a writer and editor, and have been facilitating Sacred Writing Circles for 4 years. After my daughter died in 2022, I opened the doors to Saga, where wise women storytellers are seen, heard, and supported as they grow into their unique ancestral callings.

I feel drumming beneath the rock.

    Mothersong beneath the waves.

New lines reaching into new constellations.

Steadied Soul voices soothing the child of me, equipping the warrior of me, dissolving the edges of me.

I see a culture of understanding being born through words brought to wholeness.

This is mystery work. Spiral work. Culture work. What will live and what will die? How far will the Mother-Root spread in our time?

To the Chorus of Us, I give my all, in service to God, in honor of my daughter, Edda, whose name means Grandmother Poem.

I want to walk the rose-lined, salted cliffs together, singing.

  • Embodiment Guide. Writer. Photographer. Storyteller.

I have been working with medicine women, healers, visionaries, oracles, mystics, death doulas, and midwives of the emergent culture, collaborating in a deep exploration of sacred space and inviting a deep body remembrance of the feminine mysteries. Through embodiment, ritual and storytelling, I have reclaimed my own body as alter and oracle.

Why “Council”?

Women’s Council is an ancient, circular model of wisdom seeking and sharing. In Council, all women present are regarded as Visionaries and Oracles of our time, and there is ample room for equal sharing - it is not a true council if there are only set teachers and students. In Council gatherings you are invited to seek wisdom from one another and share from your own unique perspective as Woman Storyteller. Council supports our embodiment as creative leaders of our time, and ushers in synarchy rather than hierarchy. We are all Teachers and we are all Students.

In Council

We Invite You to Receive…

  • Take up space with the Storyteller’s tongue. Call a room full of people home through the melody of presence and truth. You are exactly where you need to be as Medicine Woman. Root strengthening brings ease and grace to storytelling.

  • As an advocate for the oppressed. As a lullaby, a battle cry, a sensual seduction. As Lion. As Butterfly. As Atlantic Sunrise, As Northern Lights. Come and practice using your voice as a Chosen Keeper of your Unique Lineage Story.

  • Your journey and timeline are your own. Arrive in an intimacy with your creative process, equipped with new tools and methods for sustaining and refining your craft.

  • A heart like that should be seen, heard. If you only let us glimpse at the profound nature of your path and the song it is has planted in you - however messy or refined - we will come closer to the Heart of All. Being witnessed helps make our complex journeys real, movable, lovable.

  • Beyond the ambiguous concept of your ancestral calling as storyteller is the breath of it, the knees of it, the feet and lips and sound of it. On your own, the calling can feel daunting or perhaps impossible. In the Mother Root network, every leaf and seed rejoices in how Spirit moves them, so that all may be moved.

In Council

We Invite You to Give…

  • Don’t keep your crystal visions to yourself. In this Temple space, the network is fed by diversity of wisdom and practice of reciprocity. This is why we not only offer guidance in Saga, but seek it from the Oracle of you as well.

  • The poem, essay, myth, or memory you have in your heart is likely medicine for someone in this space. In the right time, gifts are meant to be given. Your gifts are desired here.

  • To witness another and trust them as the best Medicine Woman for their path. To name their beauty, bravery, and grace, so that they too, remember. Come lovingly witness other wild and wise women healing their lineages, channeling from the sea and the stars, grieving with grace, changing the world.

  • Singing Back to what life has provided requires vulnerability, no matter your level of experience or phase of creativity. Come with raw, the authentic, the real.

  • Form bonds with other Women Writers in the global network. Join weekly Connection Calls and utilize the online Chat space to go deeper with women outside of structured gatherings.

  • "The SAGA council has been an immaculate space to not only land back into my writing flow, but also to channel my inner oracle and commune with sisters dedicated to their storytelling abilities. I am forever grateful to Noel and Jenny for holding the space for me to widen and deepen into my body, deeply access my heart and womb, and provide divinely inspired prompts to fall deeper into myself. From there, I've experienced a calling and revitalized commitment to bring forth my own medicine into form, and likewise receive nectarean medicine from other women."

    NISHA

  • "I am beyond fulfilled, SAGA Council was truly life giving and enhancing. The journey, the container, the women; it was like nothing I have ever experienced in its safety and authenticity. The weekly calls were well crafted and organized, the communication was clear and consistent. I feel more fully embodied and grounded into my voice and story that I am here to tell."

    ROSE

  • "I didn't know what to expect, and I left floored. With myself, my own voice, my own power, and by the power and grace of the women who created our circle. I am more profoundly satisfied than I could have wished for. Saga facilitated an experience where wounds, blessings, gifts, and transmissions all had S P A C E -- space to flourish, die, rot, and be rebirthed. For the totality of life to be held so thoroughly, I am satisfied. Inspired. And humbled."

    SARAH

  • "Saga. These epic women. These remarkable stories. I am speechless. I will be forever changed by this circle. I can feel my soul expanding. This group holds it all. The feminine is at home here. THANK YOU for your heart, your leadership, your holding with Saga. This community is sacred, and I deeply believe we are rooting new frequencies in our bodies and on this earth."

    KAREN

  • "Overflowing with gratitude for Saga - the container that holds me, awakens me, calls my wild woman forth, and sets my heart aflame weekly. Candles lit, babies at our breasts, hearts wide open, kneeling at the altar of womanhood, we write and through this ceremony we birth culture."

    GEMMA

  • "I look forward to this container every Thursday. It’s the most nourishing thing I have been part of in a long time."

    ASH

  • "I wish I could be in that heart space for hours. Such a somatic journey. Like a house of plain mirrors reflecting feminine fire, earth, and water. If you want to witness a truly Prepared quad right projector, join Noel in her writing circles."

    LIZ

We are walking the rose-lined, salted cliffs together.

Then into the deep mossy forests, candles aglow.

There are caves and there is cave talk.

Some of us become mud to learn mud language.

Some become birds.

Then we are planting seeds in hungry soil,

pouring star-water onto thirsty soil.

Rocking children, we are stirring soup, we are

reading poems to listeners, beating Grandmother drums.

Together, we are walking the real countryside of beast and blossom.

Life sings in every tone and we are singing back.
